Kathy and I made it to the state park late in the afternoon, we were on our way to Zion, driving from Capital Reef, down along the edge of Escalante/Grand Staircase.  It was getting dark as we walked out into the dune field. While I was shooting, the dune buggies arrived but that's a picture for another day.
